  10. This PPE is a Litebar Blacklister which rocks. I found the Toxic Krystal
  11. one didnt work, so I made my own. I dont know if the Tk one was updated
  12. so yeah. It saves time rather than exiting to dos and manually sticking
  13. it in the tcan file. And to stop little lame fuckers from blacklisting
  14. people, there is a password thing, you gotta know b4 you blacklist some1.

  20. After unzipping the PPE into its own directory, edit the config files and
  21. shit and install it in your CMD.LST. If you're a lame kunt and dont
  22. know how to do that, you shouldn't be running a fucking board, so go and
  23. pir8 shareware or something. The only other thing to remember is to raise
  24. the security level on this ppe so that no lame little users can run amok
  25. blacklisting every good trader in the area.

  31. I strongly recommend you dont fuck round with the config files and ansipos
  32. unless you seriously know what youre doing. Dont blame anyone if you fuck it
  33. up though. And if you think this is a fucking sick PPE, but dont like the
  34. colours, be a smart ass and make youre own. DONT CHANGE MINE YOU FUCKING
  35. RIPPING CUNTS!! Nar, just kidding. MAKE SURE THE PATH AND NAME OF YOUR TCAN
